We strive to provide accurate descriptions, photographs, and sizing information for all products. However, slight variations in color may occur due to monitor settings. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).

3. Order and Payment Terms

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We will send you an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgment of your order, not an acceptance. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occur when we send a shipment confirmation email.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and correct any errors in pricing or product information. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and cancel the item from your order.

Shipping

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Please see our Shipping & Returns page for detailed information. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping Methods & Times:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping (orders over $50): Shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
• You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by your country, which are not included in the product or shipping price.

4. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your gear for your next adventure. Our full policy is available on our Shipping & Returns page and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• Process: You must contact us at [email protected] for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.
