We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) using reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer two convenient shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat rate: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over $50.
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind our performance apparel and want you to be completely satisfied. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with all tags attached
- In original packaging if possible
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Request a Return
Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Wait for Authorization
Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not send items without this authorization.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed
Depending on your payment method, it may take additional time for the refund to appear:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process the refund
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
