Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on Baselayer Bottoms, Baselayer Tops, and Performance undergarments unless they are defective or incorrect items. These products are considered final sale due to their intimate nature.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Request a Return

Email our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not send items without this authorization.

Step 3: Package and Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we will ship the new item once the return is processed

Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after we process the refund
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after we process the refund

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States, please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
